How to: Quick jump to the beginning or end of a block of cells.
Solution:
Double-click on the appropriate side of the cell border.
Do one of the following:
1) Double-click on the top border of a cell to move to the first cell that contains a value in the current column.
2) Double-click the bottom border of a cell to move to the last cell that contains a value in the current column.
3) Double-click on the left border of a cell to move to the first cell that contains a value in the current row.
4) Double-click on the right border of a cell to move to the last cell that contains a value in the current row.
